Coamatic Heparin

A chromogenic kit for the determination of heparin and low molecular weight (LMW) heparin in human plasma. One-stage assay optimized for a wide range of instruments with optimal user convenience by simple performance and few components. No sample dilution required.

These kits are validated and documented protocols for automated instruments and have an optimized reaction system which yields very consistent activity levels regardless of type of heparin. They are independent of the antithrombin level of the patient and there is no addition of exogenous antithrombin required. The heparin kits determine the antiFXa activity of LMW heparin and UF heparin. Excellent reagent stability. Suitable for both large and small laboratories.
