The SMT-120V Veterinary Feline Inflammation Cartridge (AW01987) has 8 parameters and is an important inflammatory indicator and prognostic marker for cats. Manufactured by Seamaty.
The SMT-120V Canine Inflammation Cartridge is designed for use with the SMT-120V Biochemistry Analyser.
The Canine Inflammation rotor is an important inflammatory indicator and prognostic marker for cats. The rotor detects the parameter Feline serum amyloid A (f-SAA) which is an acute-phase protein, secreting in the acute phase of inflammation. Increasing in the onset and recurrence, especially in the early stages of inflammation and tissue damage, the SAA concentration will increase more. As this occurs the risk of Keratoconjunctivitis, periodontitis, stomatitis, trauma, acute laryngitis, acute pancreatitis, pleurisy, empyema, ulcer/dermatitis, cystitis and other cases significantly increase.
The cartridge’s 8 parameters work to detect the following analytes:
- Albumin (ALB)
- Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP)
- Creatinine (Crea)
- Gamma-glutamyltrasferase (GGT)
- Lipase (LPS)
- Total Bile Acids (TBA)
- Urea Nitrogen (BUN)
- Feline Serum Amyloid (f-SAA)
- Urea Nitrogen/Creatinine (BUN/Crea*)

Seamaty rotors contain integrated components of optical and mechanical functions and cooperate with the instrument to participate in each stage of blood analysis. The built-in QR code is innovatively used to identify the batch number and expiration date of the cassette. Support setting of zone code to protect customers’ profit. The reagent discs contain lyophilized reagent beads and diluent, individual channels and provide less cross-contamination. The storage temperature is 2-8 ℃ with one year’s shelf life.
