SMT-120V Veterinary Kidney Function Cartridge

The SMT-120V Veterinary Kidney Function Cartridge is designed for use with the SMT-120V Biochemistry Analyser.

By observing the clinical manifestations of the animals and testing B/C* parameter, veterinarians can correctly determine pre-renal and post-renal azotemia. Especially for felines, as the incidence of renal disease due to lack of drinking water is higher in felines than in other animal. Cys C can rise rapidly in the early stages of kidney injury and is a sensitive indicator of kidney function. Currently, Cys C only will show the value if the sample is canine.

The cartridge’s 9 parameters work to detect the following analytes:

• Total Carbon Dioxide/Bicarbonate (TCO2)

Seamaty rotors contain integrated components of optical and mechanical functions and cooperate with the instrument to participate in each stage of blood analysis. The built-in QR code is innovatively used to identify the batch number and expiration date of the cassette. Support setting of zone code to protect customers’ profit. The reagent discs contain lyophilized reagent beads and diluent, individual channels and provide less cross-contamination. The storage temperature is 2-8 ℃ with one year’s shelf life.
