Description

QD-SUB-366 is a chromogenic substrate for Activated Protein C (APC) and Factor XI (FXI). Each vial contains 25 mg of the chromogenic substrate pyroGlu-Pro-Arg-pNA x HCl and mannitol 40 mg as bulking agent. The substrate can be used for the determination of Activated Protein C and Factor XI activity in human plasma, purified enzyme preparations or therapeutic concentrates. QD-SUB-366 features:
