Oropouche Virus Gc Protein, Human Fc (500µg) (Special Terms Apply*) (QTXAG-479-500) is recombinant oropouche virus major glycoprotein Gc, comprising amino-acids 517-1373 from the M segment polyprotein and incorporating a human IgG1 Fc tag, expressed in mammalian HEK293 cells. Purity greater than 70%.
Oropouche virus Gc protein was expressed in mammalian HEK293 cells. The transmembrane region of the protein has been replaced with human IgG1 Fc, via a glycine-serine linker. The purified protein is approximately 140kD on analysis by reducing SDS-PAGE. We also offer this protein with a mouse Fc tag for customers for whom the human Fc tag may interfere in their assays.
