Influenza B [B/Washington/02/2019] Neuraminidase (NA), His-Tag (500µg) (Special Terms Apply*) (QTXAG-681-500) is a recombinant influenza virus neuraminidase protein derived from the Na sequence of Influenza B/Washington/02/2019, expressed and purified from HEK293 cells as aa 44-466, and fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. Manufactured in HEK293 cells to greater than 95% purity. This virus is recommended by WHO for inclusion in the quadrivalent and trivalent vaccines for use in the 2020 - 2021 northern hemisphere influenza season.
This Influenza virus neuraminidase protein is derived from the NA sequence of B/Washington/02/2019, expressing aa 44-466, and fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The influenza virus neuraminidase protein is expressed in HEK293 cells. This virus is recommended by WHO for inclusion in the quadrivalent and trivalent vaccines for use in the 2020 – 2021 northern hemisphere influenza season.
