5-ELISA Factor VIII Plus is an Enzyme Immunoassay (RUO) for the quantitative determination of human FVIII antigen in plasma samples and Factor VIII concentrates using the double antibody enzyme linked immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA).
Features:
– Rapid sandwich ELISA to measure human Factor VIII antigen in plasma samples and Factor VIII concentrates (FVIII:Ag)
– Detection limit of 0.008 IU/mL (0.8 %) Factor VIII antigen
– Under 3 hour total incubation time
– Factor VIII antigen reported as IU/ml determined by comparison to a secondary standard that is traceable to the WHO international standard for Factor VIII antigen
– Includes normal and low control
– The mean lot-to-lot variability is 3.1%.
