QDTSUB366 - QD-SUB-366 - Activated Protein C and FXI Chromogenic Substrate Vials

Quadratech Diagnostics Launches QD-SUB-366 – Activated Protein C and FXI Chromogenic Substrate

We are delighted to announce the global launch of QD-SUB-366 – Activated Protein C and FXI Chromogenic Substrate, the first chromogenic substrate from our new QD-TECH range. Developed through close collaboration with leading scientists, clinicians, and ISO/FDA-registered European manufacturers, QD-TECH reagents are tailored for use in clinical laboratories, research centres, and the pharmaceutical industry.

QD-SUB-366 utilises a well-characterised substrate for both Activated Protein C (APC) and Factor XI (FXI)  – pyroGlu-Pro-Arg-pNA•HCl  – and is manufactured in ISO13485-certified European laboratories, ensuring exceptional lot-to-lot reproducibility. QD-SUB-366 also features an improved shelf-life of over four years, attributed to the superior stability of amino acid pNA labelling. Currently available for research use only (RUO), QD-SUB-366 can be used for quantifying APC and FXI activity in human plasma, purified enzyme preparations, and therapeutic concentrates.

“The QD-TECH range, starting with QD-SUB-366, embodies our commitment to understanding and addressing the evolving needs of the haemostasis community. QD-SUB-366 offers researchers a dependable and stable chromogenic substrate for accurate APC and FXI activity measurements and expands our growing range of chromogenic substrates, adding to Chromogenix S-2366, Hyphen Biomed BIOPHEN CS-21(66), and 5-Diagnostics 5-CHROM-66″ – stated Graham Jones, the Founder and Director at Quadratech Diagnostics.

The QD-TECH range represents a new addition to Quadratech Diagnostics’ comprehensive haemostasis product range, which includes reagents from 5-Diagnostics, Affinity Biologicals, CHROMOGENIX, FineTest, HYPHEN BioMed, Rossix AB, and Q-TOX. The haemostasis portfolio encompasses diagnostic reagents for the study of coagulation pathways, haemophilia, thrombophilia, fibrinolysis, and platelet function, as well as assays for monitoring antithrombotic drugs, investigating Heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia (HIT) and von Willebrand disease, advancing microparticle research and addressing other key areas of interest for haemostasis researchers and clinical laboratories.
