Product Summary:
Rox Phospholipid (PL052) is a long term stable 0.25 mM Phospholipid emulsion with high procoagulant activity suitable for use in global NAPTT methods and for use in other methods comprising phospholipids for determination of pro- and anticoagulant proteins. Manufactured by Rossix AB.
For determination of single pro- and anticoagulant proteins, Phospholipid is suitable for use in chromogenic methods comprising phospholipids for determination of e.g. FII, FV, FVIII, FIX, FX, Protein C and Protein S.
0.25 mM Phospholipid is especially suitable for use in global NAPTT methods. A basal clotting time of about 250 s is obtained with neat or suitably diluted Phospholipid, depending upon the instrumentation used.
