Liaphen Fibrinogen
Identifying
quantitative fibrinogen deficiences is now much quicker and easier with
the new, automatable latex immunoassay from Hyphen Biomed.
For
added convenience this new assay is provided as two, ready to use,
vials of R1 and R2 reagent. Each vial has excellent open
stability maximising available usage, hence cost efficiencies.
Associated calibrators and controls are available.

Liaphen AT
The
new Liaphen AT latex immunoassay is ideal for use when identifying
quantitative antithrombin deficiencies. This assay has been designed to
be fully automatable, but can also be run manually if required.
The
kit is provided as two vials of each R1 and R2. Both reagents are
ready to use and have excellent open stability, making the kit ideal
for low volume testing requirements.
Associated calibrators and controls are available.

Biophen DiXaI
In
response to the need to be able tomeasure these new antithrombotic
drugs, Hyphen Biomed has developed this unique chromogenic assay for
the measurement of rivaroxaban and other direct anti Xa inhibitors.
This new kit is specific, sensitive, reproducible, cost effective and
automatable. It has been specifically designed to overcome the
limitations, hence unsuitability, of the current anti Xa
chromogenic assays for these new generation drugs.

HIT Monostrip
Following
on from the success of the Zymutest HIA 96 well assays, Hyphen Biomed
have now produced the IgGAM screening test and the IgG specific assay
in smaller kit sizes. Ideal for labs with lower request rates, without
compromising on results.
Both the Zymutest IgG Monostrip and
Zymutest IgGAM Monostrip kits are made up of 4 individually wrapped 8
well strips, and contain vials of all the reagents and controls to
perform the test.

Biophen Heparin (LRT)
The
extremely popular lyophilised, chromogenic Anti Xa assay from Hyphen
Biomed is now availabe in liquid format. This new format offers the
same high quality results as previously, but offers even longer open stability for maximum efficiency of use. Additionally,
the full range of Heparin calibrators and controls are suitable for use
with the liquid format - offering you the most flexible and convenient

Human Adamts 13 ELISA assay
Cusabio have announced the availability of a Human Adamts 13 assay: - Human von Willebrand Factor cleaving protease, ADAMTS-13/vWF-cp ELISA Kit
The
kit is available in the standard 96 wells format and includes
calibrators and other reagents necessary to perform the test. As with
all Cusabio products, the kit is made to order offering the maximum
shelf life possible.

Two
new products are available from Affinity Biologicals. Both items
have been designed to complement and enhance the use of Affinity's
matched pair antibodysets for ELISA.
VisuCal Antigen Calibrator Plasma
is a lyophilised, citrated reference plasma intended for use in the
calibration of in - house antigen assays. Antigen values are assigned
for factors II; VII; X; XI; XIII; Protein C; Protein S (total); von
Willebrand factor; antithrombin and fibrinogen, and are traceable to
SSC/ISTH coagulation standards.
Visulize Buffer Pak is
a complete set of assay plates, general purpose buffers and materials
intended to save preparation time and help reduce variability of ELISA
assays. The Buffer Pak provides sufficient reagents for 5 x 96 well
assays. Ideal for use with most of Affinity's paired antibody sets for
EIA and for general use in immunoassay development.
